For Guests...
Thank you for allowing your child(ren) to spend Sunday morning with us. Feel free to ask any of our volunteer staff questions at any time. The registration staff will ask you to fill out a registration form. This is especially important if your child has any allergies or special medical needs. It will also help us learn a little about your family.
We will issue a nametag for your child and give you a corresponding sticker that you will need to present when you are reunited with your child after the service. A volunteer will show you to your child’s classroom.
For Regular Attendees...
The TVC Children's Ministry staff is pleased to announce the implementation of a streamlined registration process for checking your child in and out of our care.
Each family will be given a Family ID Card which is the size of a credit card and laminated. It will include parent(s) name(s) and the name(s) of your child(ren). We will give each family two of these cards and ask that you have your card with you EVERY Sunday to facilitate check-in and check-out. We will not allow check-in or check-out without the Family ID Card.
We ask that members and regular attendees review our registration policies and fill out a one-time registration form that will acknowledge your understanding of the check-in and check-out procedures and will serve as your implied check-in signature for each Sunday. The sign-in process will be done electronically by the children's ministry greeter before you escort your child(ren) to the classroom(s). Sign-out will require your signature at the door to each classroom and a presentation of your Family ID Card.
